Passenger Car Motor Oils

Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oils

These oils are especially equipped to protect EGR/Low-Emission Diesel Engines while maximizing the durability of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF’s). New additive systems and rigorous laboratory and field testing have proven that these new oils are up to the task of protecting your   engine; helping your engine operate within the new emission and pollution requirements as well as meeting or exceeding the OEM requirements for every new engine being built by every engine manufacturer worldwide, including but not limited to: Caterpillar, Cummins, DaimlerChrysler (Mercedes Benz), Detroit Diesel, Volvo, Mack (including the new and more stringent Mack EO-O Premium Plus 2007), MAN, and Navistar. These new high performance oils are specifically engineered to meet the manufacturers’ prerequisite for performance, TBN, and balanced low ash (1% maximum) requirements. These oils are registered Mack EO-O Premium Plus ‘07, and meet prior specifications for EO-N Premium Plus, EO-M Plus, and EO-M. This oil is also registered to Detroit Diesel 93K218, 93K215, and 93K214; Cummins CES 20081, 20078, 20077, 20076. This oil meets Allison C4 and C3 fluids and Caterpillar ECF-3, ECF-2, ECF-1, TO-2. This highly advanced diesel engine oil is recommended for use in MIL L 2104-G, MIL L 46152-E, and CID A-A-52306 applications.

U.S. Lubricants Super Heavy Duty Motor Oils are recommended for use in diesel engines wherever MIL L 2104-G and MIL L 46152-E are recommended, wherever Allison C-3 and C-4 fluids and Caterpillar TO-2 are recommended or required, and are recommended for use wherever the following European approval standards are specified: ACEA E7-04, E5, E3, A3/B4, A3B3.

U.S. Lubricants Heavy Duty Motor Oils are high quality and technically superior gasoline and diesel engine lubricants. These oils are designed not only for the customary engine requirements, but are formulated to meet the extreme demands of high RPM, close tolerance engines, including those that are turbo or super-charged.

U.S. Lubricants Heavy Duty Motor Oils contain a new and improved version of U.S. Lubricants’ special additive package, USL 900ZN, and have been designed to deliver superior engine protection for the high-powered/high-tech engines of the Twenty-First Century. Additionally, these oils meet low phosphorus level requirements. By properly balancing the phosphorus levels in the oil, U.S. Lubricants engineers have been able to formulate dramatically enhanced lubricants that meet the EPA’s stringent clean air requirements. The low phosphorus design also aids in extending the life of today’s expensive catalytic converters. The high-shear/high-temperature additives protect against thermal breakdown and provide for longer oil drain intervals.

U.S. Lubricants Heavy Duty Motor Oils have been thoroughly and successfully tested for use in virtually every gasoline and light-duty diesel engine manufactured in the United States of America, Europe, Korea, Japan, and other engine manufacturers from around the world specifying oils that meet API SL/CF.

2 Cycle & 4 Cycle Engine Oils

U.S. Lubricants 2-Cycle Motor Oils are designed for every 2-cycle engine application and every budget. They may be used in either pre-mix or mix-on-demand VRO oil delivery systems and may be used wherever SAE 30 or 40 oils are recommended. They deliver excellent service up to a 100:1 fuel-to-oil ratio mixture. Please refer to the operator’s manual for the correct fuel-to-oil ratio for individual engines.

U.S. Lubricants Outboard & 2-Cycle Oil TC-W3 is a fully approved 2-cycle oil certified by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA, formerly BIA). U.S. Lubricants TC-W3 is formulated to meet the requirements of Johnson, Evinrude, Mercury, Yamaha, and many other domestic and international outboard engine manufacturers. This product may be used successfully in any 2-cycle application such as jet-skis, various marine engines, motorcycle, snowmobiles, and other 2-cycle recreational vehicles, as well as lawn and garden applications.

U.S. Lubricants Universal Outboard and 2-Cycle Motor Oil is an excellent alternative when economy is a concern yet quality is required for marine and other applications. This oil is manufactured from a special low ash formula to protect against corrosion, rust, and wear. This oil is fortified with chemical inhibitors to assist in keeping engines clean, reduce spark plug fouling and piston scuffing.

U.S. Lubricants Synthetic Blend Super 2T Motorcycle Oil is U.S. Lubricants’ premier 2T engine oil for use in air-cooled motorcycle engine oil. Formulated with XP-3, U.S. Lubricants Semi-Synthetic 2-T is designed as a smokeless 2-cycle oil that offers excellent performance when quality is the consumer’s primary concern. It is designed for use in all air-cooled 2-cycle engines such as those found in motorcycles, snowmobiles, recreational vehicles/equipment, as well as lawn and garden applications, including chainsaws. This formula reduces most visible smoke and is approved for use wherever American Petroleum Institute (API) Service Classification TC, Piaggio SI, ISO (International Standards Organization), EGB, EGC and/or JASO (Japanese Automobile Standards Organization) FA, FB & FC oils are required.

U.S. Lubricants Universal 2T Motorcycle Oil is an excellent alternative motorcycle and 2-cycle oil whenever economy is a concern yet quality is required. This formula made with XP-1 is manufactured from a special low-ash formula to protect against corrosion, rust and wear. U.S. Lubricants 4T SG 10W40 Motorcycle Oil is an excellent 4T engine oil blended from select high quality base oils and unique 4T additives that help maximize engine protection under high-temperature conditions and the additional stress imposed upon oil by air-cooled operation. Transmission Fluids

U.S. Lubricants Super Universal Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) is a synthetic Mercon V ATF with universal applications and is the newest and most dynamic member of U.S. Lubricants’ family of high performance automatic transmission fluids. Because it may be used in virtually every automatic transmission on the road today, this high quality product is the ATF inventory optimizer. It is a special blend of synthetic base oils coupled with a multi-functional additive system to provide unsurpassed protection and reliable performance for most of the automatic transmissions built by most engine and transmission manufacturers from around the world – the one fluid that replaces the confusion about which fluid to use in a multitude of automatic transmissions.

Recommended for use wherever the following requirements are specified: Dexron®, Dexron® II, Dexron® II-D, Dexron® II-E, Dexron® III, Mercon®, Mercon® V, Chrysler ATF+, ATF+2, ATF+3, ATF+4, Mitsubishi Diamond SP II & III, Allison C-3, C-4 and TES-295, Caterpillar PowerShift Transmissions TO-2 & TO-4, Voith ZF Commercial Transmissions, GM Strasbourg and Opel requirements, and those vehicles requiring Honda Z-1 transmission fluids. Recommended for use in almost all vehicles manufactured by, Alfa Romero, American Motors, Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Fiat, Ford, General Motors, Honda/Acura, Infinity, Isuzu, Jeep, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Nissan, Porsche, Renault, Toyota, VW and many more.

This premier product offers excellent year-round protection, superior high-temperature and low-temperature operation, better anti-shudder protection and is compatible with conventional ATF products.

U.S. Lubricants Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) is one of the most economical ATF products available. This product may be used wherever a Type A or a Type A Suffix A fluid is recommended or whenever excessive consumption or leakage is a concern. This product is not approved for use in California.
U.S. Lubricants Dexron® III/Mercon® Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) is the most widely used ATF in U.S. Lubricants’ array of high-quality automatic transmission fluids. Designed and recommended for use in most new automatic transmissions throughout the world. Dexron® III/Mercon® is an excellent product for use in new and older automatic transmissions. This high quality fluid meets or exceeds the requirements for G.M.6297-M and Ford M2C185A. This product is ideal for certain manual transmissions and may be used wherever Dexron® III, Dexron® II-E, Dexron® II-D, Dexron® II, Dexron®, Type A, Type A Suffix A, Allison C-3, C-4, and Caterpillar TO-2 fluids are called for. This product may be used wherever Ford “CJ” & “H” fluids are recommended including M2C138-CJ, and M2C166-H. Additionally, for hydraulic applications that call for quality without zinc, Dexron® III/Mercon® is an excellent premium quality anti-wear hydraulic fluid and works well in any hydraulic oil application, including power steering systems. U.S. Lubricants Dexron® III/Mercon® may be used in certain mobile equipment used by utility companies that require hydraulic oils with electrical insulating properties.
U.S. Lubricants Ford Type F Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) is an excellent, durable and economical product that may be used wherever a 2-P or M2C33-F fluid is recommended or required. This product meets Allison C-3 specifications and may be used in certain hydraulic systems that require anti-wear hydraulic oil.
U.S. Lubricants California Formulated Type A (ATF) is specifically blended to meet the California Type A, Suffix A automatic transmission fluid requirements and may be used wherever a Type A Suffix A ATF is recommended. California Formulated Type A ATF will readily mix with all available automatic transmission fluids.

Gear Oils

U.S. Lubricants Energy Conserving GL-5 Synthetic High Performance Gear Oil 75W90 is a high viscosity index, low pour-point, synthetic based product providing reduced friction, fuel savings, better low temperature start-up protection and longer life than most conventional gear oils. This superior high performance gear oil is formulated to meet the requirements of the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Service Classification GL-5 and MT-1; MIL-PRF-2105E; SAE J-2360; Dana Corp. (including Eaton Axles); Eaton 750,000 mile warranty coverage and 500,000 mile oil drain intervals capabilities; General Electric D 50E9C; (P&H) 474; Mack Truck GO-J Plus; ArvinMeritor (including former Rockwell axles) Rockwell International 0-76-E.

U.S. Lubricants Multipurpose High Performance GL-5 Gear Oils are high performance gear oils that meet the latest specifications for today’s high performance automobiles, trucks and industrial applications. These oils are manufactured to meet extreme pressure (EP) applications and are designed to resist oxidation and allow for longer oil change intervals. These gear oils are recommended for use in differentials, including most limited slip differentials, transmissions, transfer cases, planetary and industrial gear boxes where extreme pressure lubricants are required. These oils meet or exceed the recommendations for API GL-5 and API MT-1; MIL-L-2105E (MIL PRF 2105E) and Mack GO-J Plus. These oils are available in either SAE 80W90 or 85W140 viscosity grades.

U.S. Lubricants GL-4 EP Gear Oils are mild EP gear lubricants designed for a wide range of automotive and industrial applications. They are specifically recommended for manual transmissions and differentials in automotive, truck, and off-highway vehicles not requiring a GL-5 product. API GL-4 gear oils may also be used wherever GL-3, GL-2, or GL-1 gear oils are recommended. Available as SAE: 90 and 140.
U.S. Lubricants Synthetic GL-1, SAE 50 Gear Oil is recommended for use in on-highway trucks and busses that have manual transmissions such as Eaton/Fuller that require 750,000 mile long-drain GL-1 gear oils. Synthetic GL-1 50 is recommended for use in Eaton Division 121-R3 and Rockwell International 0-81 transmissions. This oil may be used wherever extended drain intervals of 500,000 miles are required or wherever GL-1 SAE 50 oils are recommended.

U.S. Lubricants Premium General Purpose GL-1 Gear Oil is an excellent general purpose straight mineral gear oil manufactured from the finest base oils available. API GL-1 gear oils are recommended for transmissions, differentials, and final drives where load requirements are not severe enough to require compounded oils. Available as SAE: 90, 140, and 250.

Tractor Hydraulic Fluids

It is the perfect fluid for agriculture, industrial off-road and other construction equipment requiring a universal tractor fluid but are either older or do not require a fluid as robust as U.S. Lubricants’ Super Universal Tractor Fluid – Plus. With the exception of meeting the engine oil specifications, U.S. Lubricants Multi-Purpose Tractor & Hydraulic Transmission Oil / JD-20, will work well in and is recommended for the majority of the equipment manufactured by the various manufacturers listed above. This product is especially well suited and recommended for use wherever John Deere 303, JD-20 or IH Hy-Tran fluids are specified.

U.S. Lubricants Tractor Hydraulic Fluid is U.S. Lubricants’ entry level universal tractor fluid. It is the perfect economy fluid for agriculture, industrial off-road and other construction equipment requiring universal tractor fluid but are either older or do not require a fluid as robust as U.S. Lubricants’ Super Universal Tractor Fluid – Plus or U.S. Lubricants’ Multi-Purpose Tractor & Hydraulic Transmission Oil / JD-20. U.S. Lubricants’ Tractor Hydraulic Fluid will work well in and is recommended for the majority of the equipment manufactured by the various manufacturers listed above. This product is especially well suited and recommended for use wherever performance and economy are specified.

Assembly Lube

U.S. Lubricants Assembly Lube is a scientifically compounded lubricant that is fortified with a high concentration of MoS2 and a tackiness agent that makes it adhere to metallic surfaces. It takes the worry out of assembling rebuilt engines by providing lubrication during the “break-in” period. Before oil has reached metallic surfaces, U.S. Lubricants Assembly Lube adheres to these surfaces and provides the critical lubrication during the first 10 seconds by providing a thin film of MoS2 that will withstand up to 400,000 PSI. THIS POSITIVELY PREVENTS METAL TO METAL CONTACT.

After the regular motor oil finally reaches the treated parts, the oil dilutes the grease carrier and the surplus MoS2 that has not impregnated the metal parts and regular lubrication takes over. All parts are protected.

U.S. Lubricants Assembly Lube is recommended for application on bearings, gears, crankshaft, cam shafts, cam lobes, push rods, valve stems, lifters, and all rubbing parts with close tolerances. Functional Fluids

U.S. Lubricants Antifreeze and Summer Coolant is a full strength ethylene glycol based antifreeze/coolant for all gasoline and diesel engine coolant systems, both passenger car and heavy duty diesel applications.
